This training program is accredited by the Alameda County Emergency Medical Services Agency. This course enrollment also requires: Evidence of immunizations for the following: measles, mumps, and rubella; Hepatitis B; Flu; COVID; Varicella and a current (within one year of course completion) negative TB test.  Must have a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR card. May not receive credit if Health 81 or EMS2/2W has been completed.  Prerequisite: EMS1 (completed with an 80% or better) Highly recommended: EMS8 (EMS PE course)

Enrollment Completer Projections

We are expecting 30 - 60 students to achieve their certificate, however, with COVID changing, we're hoping for a higher student EMS population.
