Certificate in Real Estate Investing II will provide a foundational understanding of real estate investment principles and techniques, as well as a broad overview of types of investible real estate and markets. Students who complete this certificate will gain an understanding of investment decision-making, deal analysis, and real estate investment markets, thus better preparing them for careers in the field.
