Course Report

Program Requirements Narrative

This area of service is growing in demand and the labor market statistics show it will increase by up to 20% between now and 2025.  Students need to be prepared for this work as a stepping stone in their journey to becoming a Social Worker.

Students in the Social Work program interact with and provide services to the community at large and require a wide range of general knowledge about social services.  They will need to adopt a range of skills and knowledge to interact effectively with agencies and family members who are intertwined with the populations they serve.
