The Civil Engineering Technology program prepares the students for an entry-level career working as a technician under the direction of civil engineers, surveyors, contractors and architects. The program concentrates on the planning, design and construction of infrastructures and facilities through the use of problem-based learning, project-based learning and standard industry tools and emerging technologies. Students in this program become qualified for technologist positions including positions as civil engineering technicians, surveying and mapping technicians.
