The Cloud Computing AS degree provides the student with the industry skills to understand, build, and maintain cloud applications. These skills include the technical principles of the hardware and software requirements to run systems in the cloud, including storage, database management, and software systems, while maintaining secure access.

The occupational goal is to develop skills and certification as an Amazon Certified Cloud Practitioner.
(The Certified Solutions Architect Associate requires one year and the Professional certification requires two years performing the role of a Solutions Architect, which I interpret as employment, not student/academic performance. The CCP has no role requirements.
