TheBusiness Office Professional - Level 2 certificate will provide students with additional soft skills and hard skills used in an office setting. These skills include communication skills, career management skills, filing procedures and record management, and proficiency in using word processing and personal information management software. Completion of courses shall prepare the student to successfully navigate employment in positions such as secretaries and administrative assistants; file clerks; and billing and posting clerks.
