The Business Information Worker (BIW) – II Certificate of Achievement builds upon the Business Information Worker Certificate of Achievement providing students with advanced skills for the workplace. Additional skills that students can apply to the workplace include Accounting, database, and records management. This certificate provides students with skills for the next step in office, computer, and administrative positions for a wide variety of industries including but not limited to Government, Education, Retail, Food Service, and Not For Profit Industries.

Occupational goal of preparing students for entry-level and just post entry-level positions for the modern office worker with foundational business, communication and technology skills. Additionally, the BIW-II certificate focuses on providing needed skills, beyond the entry-level, that can lead to wage increases for workers.
