This CRC program certification offers development of skills and abilities necessary for entry-level management positions within the construction management industry. This certificate is specialized for those who may already have significant work experience and are looking to combined their practical hands-on experience with current management practices. The intent of this certificate would be to fast-track the student directly into a career pathway of construction management upon completion of the certificate. Career opportunities include: Project Manager, Construction Manager, Assistant Construction Manager, Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Coordinator, Submittal Specialist, Estimator, Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager
The estimated number of completers from the first cohort completing the program is 5.The estimated number of completers at the end of the third cohort’s program completion is expected to be around 8-10. It is anticipated that enrollment and completions may continue to rise after the third year of program operation due to increased exposure of its availability among students, counselors, faculty and the construction industry.
