This program advances real estate careers by focusing efforts on finance, investments, leasing and brokerage, property management, and escrow procedures.
The enrollment completer projection for this certificate is 30 students annually with a 2-5% increase each year.
Furthering a real estate career path or gaining a solid understanding of the best practices in a different segment is key to demonstrating a commitment to the real estate industry and other professional real estate opportunities.
Real estate occupations are expected to increase by 4% between 2015 and 2020. In 2015, there were a total of 54,865 jobs in the region. By 2020, it is estimated that there will be 56,832 jobs, an increase of 1,967.

It is recommended that students start with BUS-10, RLE-80 and RLE-81. The should then take RLE-82 and RLE-83 or RLE-86.
