Quality control is a high level application of standards, systems, tools, processes, procedures and activities exercised by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that the work they perform is constructed in accordance with the owner/agency contractually prescribed quality requirements. Courses provide a comprehensive overview of the administration of quality, with emphasis on Quality Control for public construction contracts.
