The Energy Solar Photovoltaic Systems Technician Certificate is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills required to work as an entry-level technician for a photovoltaic (PV) dealer, installer, or contractor. In this course of study, the student is introduced to residential wiring and methods, system design issues, installation methods, safety and OSHA considerations, maintenance practices through classroom study and field work applications.
