This program prepares individuals to manage the development of human capital in an organization, and to provide related services to individuals and groups. Fulfills a portion of the Associate of Science degree in Business with a major concentration in Human Resources.
Enrollment completer projection is 27 students annually with a 2-5% increase per year.
This certificate will provide students with the practical knowledge and its application within the Human resources field, which may facilitate a promotion or career change.
Employment for the human resources occupational group is expected to increase by 8% through 2022. Nearly 3,900 job openings will be available over the five-year timeframe in the Inland Empire/Desert Region.
