The Management Certificate of Specialization gives students skills for managing employees and presents legal issues that surround the employee-employer relationship through courses in management, supervision, leadership, human relations and human resource management.

This certificate will appeal to anyone currently in a supervisory position or those aspiring to a management position. Required courses cover foundational principles and expose managers to new and emerging concepts practiced within industry. Career opportunities exist in retail or service organizations such as Public Utilities, Financial Services, Transportation, Real Estate, Hospitality and Hotel Management, Viticulture and Agribusiness.
