The Museum Assistant Specialization Certificate is designed to provide students with the entry level skills required for working in galleries and museums, including preparing the walls, handling artwork safely, hanging artwork, researching and laying out an exhibition. The program will prepare students who intend to pursue employment in entry-level museum or gallery positions. This certificate requires 17-19 units of required courses. A minimum grade of C is required in each course taken.
