The Hospitality Management Certificate prepares students in entry to mid-levelpositions in the Hospitality Industry. The certificate provides students with knowledgeand training necessary in the hotel, restaurant and Hospitality industry.Courses are designed for students who desire a career in the hospitalityindustry in the following areas: reservations, front office, purchasing,lodging, events and housekeeping. A Certificate of Achievement is awardedupon completion of all required courses with a grade of C or better.
